Some people like to sit in ICQ, IRC, play net games or do things on
another computer while an automated downloader sucks down the day's
pickings (which are tagged while other files are downloading).
What about the compulsive kernel upgraders? Or the compulsive apt-get
junkies?
Then there are the napster people and so on...
I would guess that most ISP's base their rates on an average between those
who just chat online and those who run their modems hot leeching files.
More and more people are also starting to use internet voice and video
chatting and communications. What ammount of bandwidth do they use?
Would internode be considering looking at rsync based proxies?
Dale.
