Modem Problems

Hi,

I've just replaced a faulty motherboard in my linux server at home, and now my 
computer will not communicate with my modem. I have tried booting off a dos 
boot disk, and just sending an "ATDT xxxnumber" (xxxnumber being my mobile 
number) and it dialed my phone all okay without any problems so I know the 
board is okay.

The mainboard is a Socket 7 board running a Cyrix P150+ processor. It 
previously was an Epox MVP3 board with a Cyrix P200+ processor.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
