[ANNOUNCE] Mailing list has moved

After much (justified) pestering from various list members, I have
moved the mailing list from one of our Glen Osmond mail servers to
a city mail server. This means that the list will only take a few
minutes to process, instead of a few hours.

This change should also stop those occasional 'pauses' in the flow of
Linuxsa mail.

Nothing has changed for list members, you still post at
linuxsa@linuxsa.org.au and subscribe and unsubscribe at
linuxsa-request@linuxsa.org.au.

The Linuxsa-digest mail list has been moved as well, and nothing will
be different there either. Use linuxsa-digest-request@linuxsa.org.au
to subscribe to that list.

This is my test mail to see how things go, any mail that has been in
the queue since 16:30 this arvo will be flushed in a few minutes.
