To add spice to the curry, i use chariot at home on linux laptop with a stock
debian 2.2 install, and 33.6 modem. With Gkrellm, i have seen data trasfer up to
(no shit) 10Kbps a sec, avg about 5 to 6k. It seems to spice up to 10k fast, then
back and seems to go all over the shop so mabey my reading is not that
accurate.
