Backup Options

Hi everyone...

I am going to be running up a linux file server for a client of ours with a
tape backup option.

I was just wondering what the best/easiest automated backup options are
available

It needs to be easy as the server will be about 50Kms away and it will just
be sitting in a corner happily doing not very much and the users in the
office are all not very technically minded.
