bash error

Can somene tell me a way to get aroung this....


(17:31:06) /usr/home/valex]>mv "Itshould be a left!.jpg" pic.jpg
bash: !.jpg": event not found

If I open this file with any application, this is the result.

How do I "escape" the ! ? Ii tryed \ and ', but without any success.
