Applixware is commercial <sigh> and will cost you $200 for the whole Applixware
Office package.  However, I know that  Words and Spreadsheets are available
separately.  Which tells you that unlike StarOffice, Applixware comes as
separate modules and does NOT try to hog all your computer's resources.
It also suggests that Presents might be available separately.
