One that exists in time and space.

Ie in the context I used the term one that has actually been implemnted
using the sorts of tools I mentioned(free/open source software os
and some free/open source routing daemon) using the protocols(bgp4 - ebgp
not ibgp) I mentioned ie not just a reference to a web page that says it
can/can't be done.

Ie concrete instances as opposed to abstract examples.
