I'd skip discussing pricing, it all gets a bit libellous.

Go with broadband and discuss:

 - ADSL
     - what is it
        - technology
        - bandwidths
        - reach issues
     - currently who and where in SA
     - interfaces
        - ethernet
        - PCI
     - protocols
        - PPPoE
 - Cable
     - what is it
     - its not in Adelaide
 - Wireless
     - 802.11
     - iMode and WAP and GSM data are not broadband :-)
 - Optical
     - one-offs
     - no coordinated replacemant of CAN like is happening in ACT,
       Bendigo, etc.
     - GbE and pricing
 - Legislative environment
     - what do you need a carrier license to do?
     - regional telcos, a way ahead?
     - other govt policies -- competition policy, state govt
     - role of TIO, ACCC, ACA and DoCA
