RequestDSL have identified a few Adelaide suburbs they want to deliver
services to, but I think they're waiting for some other telco's to get
decent bandwidths out into these areas first.
There are also a few better-than-dsl initiatives going on around the place,
but we probably won't see them for a while. There's also AAPT's LMDS
wireless stuff which they've been promising .. apparently Cisco/Motorola
havn't been able to deliver something that works for them after a year of
trying, so now they're starting again with Ericsson.
Stuff 2c/litre on fuel or better roads, no child in Australia should be
living in bandwidth-poverty!
