Yes, Telstra are rolling out (obviously) - as are Xyzed (Optus),
iPrimus and others - some of these companies will simply resell
Telstra (wholesale) while they stage their rollouts, remember
they are several years behind Telstra due to the fair competition
laws we have (hah) and even then, we may not see much in the way
of a domestic product from either of them...
