  Subject: Debian Compatability

  G'day everyone

I was just wanting to pose a question to anyone who might have some =
knowledge in this area. I am running Debian 2.2 on my laptop (It Rocks ! =
). I cant seem to find anyone in Adelaide who might have a copy of Star =
Office to sell/swap/donate to me. I am considering downloading the .bin =
. I understand that most of the packages for Debian are .deb or source, =
my question is this.......

if i download the .bin file, is there a chance of it working?=20
It is a 90 odd meg file, so PPPPPPP (Prior Planning and Preparation =
Prevents Piss Poor Performance)

Thanks in advance for any advice :)

  Andrew
