Hi Guys,
    I am in Melbourne now, but there was an advertising sign in Adelaide not
that long ago for a computer equipment hire place called "Hire
Intelligence". Maybe they can help you out. I don't know what they charge or
who they are, but the Ad seemed to be all about what you wanted. It appeared
to be about hiring stuff like laptop projectors and such like to visiting
Seminar type people. Anyhow, hope this helps.
