IPCHAINS AND FIREWALL

Hay All. I was wondering if someone could help me make 1 of 2 things. A good
firewall to protect my network and 2 a ipchains script to deny all www
access unless using proxy 8080??

HELP IS NEEDED And also greatly appricated!
