Tis okay guys don't sweat thanks for all your help I only needed a once off 
to get into Xconfigurator so I just typed linux 3 at the LILO prompt.

That allowed me to do what I wanted.

Now I am just playing with it and learning what I can, I got my SBLive to 
work :-)

I got my Windows HDD's mounted.

I got CD's and MP3's Playing

not bad considering this is my first shot at Linux ever.


Now I just gotta ask is there a way I can get my Netcomm USB modem to work. 
I don't have a serial one on me at the moment???

I want to start playing with apache, sendmail and ipchains
