Zope certainly has a "damn good support contract", as that's how Digital
Creations is making its money off the product since Open Sourcing it :-).

You can get access to the DTML Methods/Documents via FTP; someone's just
recently posted vim extensions to allow you to import/edit/export over
FTP, and there are other products that do this.  It also has WebDav support.
