multiple connections to the net

I was wondering, is it possible to route IP packets in the following way:

If someone somewhere in the world contacts my server (http, for example),
it'll send and receive though ppp0
Otherwise (accessing the 'net from my anywhere on my LAN), it'll send and
receive data through ppp1?

My problem is, I have a permanent internet connection, but my family uses
up all the bandwidth at night (it's only a 56k connection), so anyone
trying to access the web server will get everything really slowly. I'd
prefer not to get a second computer, just for a gateway, if possible.

thanks,
Andy
