DejaNews replacement?

List'ers,

Can anyone recommend a netnews archive service, similar to what dejanews
_used_ to be like?  Looks like they've just had a recent purge, and don't
have many (any?) articles before 2000.  This is one of those net services
that I find extremely useful, and don't even mind parting with shekels
for the service.
