Unfortunately, it is unlikely that you have the HOWTO files.

As of Red Hat 6.2, the documentation (including the HOWTOs) has been
moved onto a separate CD.

You can get the latest files on the web at

or download them from
<http://mirror.aarnet.edu.au/pub/linux/redhat/redhat-6.2/doc/>;
