unable to boot with LILO

A couple of weeks ago I have formated my Linux partition to install Red Hat
6.0.
Before that I used LILO to switch between Linux and Windows NT. After
installing this version I couldn't use LILO anymore. It stuck with LI. Only
with using a boot diskette I can load Linux. Want went wrong and what can I
do to run LILO again?????
