Could you not change the DNS entry for whatewver it si your companies
mail clients curently use so whatever it is you use as your mail server
name is an alias(?? I can never remember the correct terminology) to your
ISP's mail servers(if of course it is your ISP,s mail server where you
want your user mail to go)?
Or change your mail clients to just use your ISP's mail server or whatever
server it is you want to use.
I am sure redirection will work, but it seems a bit complex to me for the
job at hand.
