eth0 time out

Howdy crew,

I have just added a second network card to my box.
It was detected fine and all *seems* normal....however,
every 4 minutes or so I get this message pop up:

"eth0: transmit timed out, tx_ststus 00 status e000."

I have absolutely no idea why this message is appearing.
I definitely know it has only started to do this ever since I added the 2nd
NIC.

If anyone knows the significance of this message I would love to hear from
you.
