One way would be to visit http://www.cert.org/ and compartte the known
problems with the packages you have installed on your system. Generally if
you download the latrest version of an RPM, then you can possibly assume
it is bugfree (no garuntees, and some it is safer to go with an earler
version). If you go to RH 6.2, the you can be fairly certain of the latest
updates for most things.
