Hi Paul,
I have a sony CD-RW 100e 24R/4W/2RW, IDE drive cost about $325 6mths ago out
of date 5 mths ago :(.
I havent had a go burning under linux mainly because I havent had a need to
as yet, altho I have burnt under win95/98/2k without a too many drink
coasters ( I think 4 in total).
Linux recognises it as CDR (as you would expect) as mentioned before linux
burning is untried but I doubt there would be a problem.
