We have the same setup here at work with a machine running a patched
(patch from Traverse website) 2.2.10 kernel.  Works fine at 128Kb.

Maybe you can send more details to the list or to one of the ISDN
mailing lists or even to Traverse (I found Traverse to be
exceptionally good when it comes to Linux support).
