cheap rack-mount PCs for linux

Seeking local dealer in rack-mount PCs.
---------------------------------------

For some prototyping work for a sophisticated
linux-based traffic shaper prototype, I need to use
a rack-mount PC. I've checked out a few sites overseas,
and found the the going priced for the low end for
linux-based rack-mount is about US$2500 (about A$4000).
But locally in Adelaide, the only thing I can find so
far is a A$18000 sparc-based rack-mount server from Camtech.

All you ISP types out there must know the market for
rack-mount PCs from the Adelaide perspective.
Can you please tell me who to talk to to get
something in the range A$4000 and under?
I can't even find anyone who sells these things
locally, let alone at a reasonable price.

Cheers,
Alan Kennington.

PS. On the subject of ATM cards which I was enquiring
about before, it seems now that the Forerunner LE155
may be the best, cheapest, linux-suited ATM card for me,
at about A$530 locally (Camtech) or about US$320 through
the US web sites. But if anyone knows of better, be happy
to learn about it.
