Re: fool-proof linux netscape kille

Phil,

The suits'n'ties MBA mob always say "turn a challenge into
an opportunity". So....
Suppose you've got a trobule-maker visiting your
web site. You can detect them in your PHP, and send them to
this deadly HTML page -- and crash their browser unless
they're using lynx!!!

My browser actually exits with a bus error signal:

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
emu:akenning> netscape http://www.bignewyorker.com/
No plugin UNIX MIDI plugin. Reverting to save-to-disk for type audio/midi.
Bus error
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Now if only there was a page design which was selective
against..... Hmmm. Yes there is!
Of course, if I wanted to crash IE browsers, I just need to
detect their browser in PHP, and feed them the deadly HTML page
if they are and IE browser.

Awesome!

Cheers,
Alan Kennington.

PS.  MS keeps doing down:

And redhat is about US$20, which is where they started, I think.
AMD just keeps surging upwards!
It looks like hardware's the thing.
