To speed up lookups and to cut down on traffic, try using a couple of domain
name servers as forwarders, so your bind checks to see if another server you
have specified as a forwarder has already resolved the ip your trying to
resolve. You can also set bind to forwarders only so it never looks up
address by itself only from the forwarders.
I normally use my dialin isp's nameserver and ns1.telstra.net.au as my
forwarders, also running bind u get to name your internal network without
using hosts files.
Also i doubt you would be able to look up anything using 203.20.69.66 last
time i checked there was no name server running on rebel itself, try
203.20.69.2.
