Re: Bourne Shell Script Text

Hi - rule #1 - turn off html in your emails or some ppl on this list
will get stressed &/or ignore you :)

Dont know what anybody else hjas told you to do cos I am way behiond
reading my msgs :)
open an xterm window in KDE or better still, log into a console session
as root

(make a directory & copy the quakethingy.gz.sh into it.)
mkdir /usr/src/quakedir
cp quakeproggy.gz.sh /usr/src/quakedir
cd /quakedir
chmod 755 quak*
./quakethingy.gz.sh
if nothing happens then rename it to say quake.gz (mv quakethingy.gz.sh
quake.gz)
and do
gunzip quake.gz

If all else fails go find one that doesnt have .gz.sh on the end :)
