No no no, that's not a server and a UPS, that's a life support system in
a critical care unit in a South African hospital. Wrong urban legend.

As for selling contract support services, it's a good idea, lots are
already doing it (very successfully), there is definitely room in the
market (in my opinion) for innovative solutions in this
outsource-everything environment, and you should be looking to form
synergistic partnerships to take your idea forward. Plan well. Act soon.
