 Phil seems to have access, to the internet
 Dial in numbers and dns servers are on the webpage
 http://bigpond.com/Home/Support/Tools/Config/
 
 or 
 dig bigpond.com.au NS | grep NS
 dig telstra.net.au NS | grep NS
 
 will give you the dns servers.
