good reading

Howdy all,
I am after some online linux training/refrence for linux. Being fairly new
to linux, I need something to read to give me a better knowledge about this
OS.

I have read quite a few from the linuxstart.com and found them to be pretty
good. I guess im after something like to Windows training books.
