I certainly don't want to defend LPI over this question. While I think I
knew the answers, it is not very relevant. But, I guess, they ran out of
questions like:
The following command line string:
bar < foo.baz | kaz
means:
1. There is a good time to be had at the kazbah.
2. The output of kaz is sent to foo.baz on its way to bar
3. The stderr of bar is fed into the stdin of kaz
4. The stdout of bar is fed into the stdin of kaz
