enlightenment window focus

Hi.
Does anyone know of a way to have both click to raise and sloppy focus
in Enlightenment? I want to be able to have window focus when my mouse 
enters a window, and also to be able to click anywhere in the window
(not just in the title bar) to cause the window to be brought to the 
front, above other windows.
