BTW - I am using RH PPP dialer..

Perhaps I should try /sbin/ifup ppp0?

What dialer is popular in the Linux community?

I will go insane if left with Windows much longer :-(

Although the SB Live! support is a hell of a lot better (hopefully this will
be rectified some day)
