[OT] modems

Sorry to post an off-topic message, but I've got a permanent internet
connection and my modem recently died. I don't know why it died, and I've
sent it back to get fixed, but this is the 2nd time it's died in one month.
It could have overheated, or something else, I don't know.

Anyway, can anyone suggest a modem that can handle being turned on 24/7?
Unfortunately, I'm unable to afford to upgrade to a connection type that's
more suited to being on all the time :(
