The problems I was experiencing were not even operating-system specific.
The problem was a TCP/IP networking issue with your system which fair &
squarely falls in your court.
I trust you know the difference between an application, operating system
& a network?
What measures are you taking to rectify the inadequate information in
your troubleshooting guide?
