Helpdesk Software - Success!

Hello all.

Just thought I'd mention that, after a bit of perl tweaking and mysql
learning, I've got a rather effective and quite cool helpdesk system running.
I ended up using Jeremy Robst's "Helpdesk 5.1" from
http://www.jrobst.freeserve.co.uk/helpdesk.html.

Now I can /prove/ how much work I do here *grin*

The main advantage of this system is that it's backended by an SQL database,
which makes reporting and modifications/upgrades etc a breeze.
