RE: Domain Name service HOWTO

Once you have your domain name registered, you may be able to have your ISP
set up the record in their DNS service. If you are looking to add other
websites in the future, it would be easiest for you to have your ISP
replicate with your DNS as primary, so the ISPs DNS will update when you
change your mappings.

At the very least, you will need a static address from the ISP for your
website, and they will need to maintain the mapping from your domain name to
the static IP address.
