Sorry, doesn't count ..... :-(

If your PIM program had crashed at 01/01/00 then you could have claimed it,
eg I found out that my PC was non-compliant about 18 months ago but it's
fixed now and I'm sure that plenty of other people had Y2K issues that they
resolved quite a while ago too

So nyeah ;)
