Hi.

Yes. There are two calendar programs I know of. Both run in a browser from a web server - definitely Apache, but maybe others. 

Webcal is opensource and was starting to look promising last time I took a look (v1.1) take a peek at http://bulldog.tzo.org/webcal/webcal.html

WebEvent is a commercial program and was a lot more polished than webcal when I was last looking at them both in April last year. Sorry I don't have an url handy. 

www.freshmeat.net would probably find them both. (and maybe others)
