Credit where credit due:  I think the manuals that Microsoft produces today
are lightyears ahead of the type of manual that I saw 20 years ago.  (And
I don't mean just 20 year old Microsoft manuals, either!)  MS manuals might
not be complete, but what is there is certainly of a very high standard.
