Alpha Kernel Build

Greetings all,

I have sucessfully built a Kernel on a DEC Multia (alpha system). I have
followed all the How-Tos and other instructions I can find, but can't find
how to turn a vmlinux kernel into a vmlinuz kernel. Ther is no make zImage
or bzImage target.

Anyone else built a kernel on an Alpha system before ?
