Not sure what distro and version you are running, but that command
_should_ give you `pump`

`man pump` is pretty reliable, but a simple `pump -i eth0` should work
on most systems. Don't forget to check that the dhcp server gave you a
gateway address as well.

Still you could be excused for not knowing about pump...


   QUIBBLE
       A  pump,  like  a  boot[p],  is something you wear on your
       foot. Some of us like the name (I know, hard to  believe)!
