It's a good idea to put a couple of 486 machines to some use, but for
the olivetti machines, I think you will find that you require a setup
disk like the old XT and 286 machines.  Compaq use F10, and IBM use
setup disks, or hard drive partitions for most of the machines I've seen
as well.  Olivettis is one of those that tried to make up their own
standards of how PC's should work.

Generally, the setup disks or images of those disks are available for
download from their websites, or a quick search will usually net enough
results to get you started.
