Anyone used "tidy" for HTML presentations?

Subject says it all.

tidy will split a HTML file into many linked HTML files at a <h2>
tag.

This and style sheets look like a really promising way to have
browser-based presentations that doesn't take too long to write,
doesn't take massive badwidth, and doesn't look sucky.

Has anyone tried it?
