SQL Query -help!

Due to an error I overwrote the HTML file Martin assisted me with yesterday.
Many thanks Martin!

The error I get is related to
 $result = pg_Exec($conn, "select * from MI where s_name = 'ABBOTT'");

Warning: PostgresSQL query failed: ERROR: mi: Table does not exist

Martin commented that 'Ah the table name MI is in uppercase'

Anyone online that can allow me to proceed?
