Network Faxing Software

Does anyoe know of any software for linux that will replace a win95/98
machine that runs exchange and allows a fax device to be shared to
other exchange machines?

If this does not exsist can anyone suggest, or does anyone know of any
network faxing solutions that allow a fax modem on a linux machine to
be used by a user on a windows machine?
