mysqltcl

I just downloaded mysqltcl and tried to install it... I got it to compile 
and I don't know what to do at this point.  This is a list of the files that 
I have now...
%>ls
CHANGES          Makefile         libmysqltcl.so   mysqltcl.n       
mysqlwish.c
CHANGES-msqltcl  README           mysqltcl         mysqltcl.o
INSTALL-msqltcl  README-msqltcl   mysqltcl.c       mysqltclsh.c
%>
What am I supposed to do...  libmysqltcl.so, mysqltcl are binary files... 
The README files do not tell how to source or package require any thing..  
Any hints?
