:)Easy-to-use graphical installer makes this OS a contender.
:)---------------
I am so happy someone can get the GUI to work during istallation
I am somewhat of a newbie and have just tried to install 6.1
I am having problem with the video card or as I've been to the
support on line now
and looked up mu problem. It would appear it is with the type of
partition I have and the boot image file. Anaconda and python come back with
errors and if I bypass the user logs on straight to Gnome and then freezes
up. I am currently trying to get a copy of the CD with the updated
boot.iamge through dosutils but not having much luck. Has anyone encoutered
this before. It would be nice to know. During text intalation I could not
find my video card listed anyway. It did look for the configuration but now
it would seem it is in the partition. Can anyone sympathise?

Natalia
